We dry our Zahter, which is grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides, with good agriculture certificate, by keeping it in our special dehydrating ovens for a long time at low temperatures in order to keep its natural aroma without spoiling its taste.
Dried in a sterile environment and in our special ovens, zahter preserves 95% of its nutritional value, 100% of its flavor, aroma and odor without being exposed to dust, chemical particles, eggs and larvae of pests such as flies/insects.
Our products contain preservatives, additives, food dyes, sweeteners, chemicals, etc., especially Sulphite (which triggers food intolerance and allergic diseases) in the processing, preparation and packaging stages. Does not contain ingredients.
ADVICE ON USE:
The thyme plant, which is a powerful antioxidant, is used against cough. At the same time, this zahter will quickly relieve sore throat. Especially in the winter months, the thyme plant will be very useful against flu and colds. The zahter, which increases the body's resistance, also provides a mild relief from the flu.
It is mixed with olive oil and consumed by dipping bread. This oily mixture can also be added to salads. The main difference from zahter is that olive oil and zahter are served separately. Bread is eaten by dipping it first in olive oil and then in zahter. It leaves a clearer and sharper taste in the mouth.
