We dry our Mimas Garden Celery Powder in our special Dehydrated Ovens for a long time at low temperatures in order to keep the natural aroma of celery with good agriculture certificate, grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides, and turn it into powder.

We protect our celery, which uses manure from animals that do not eat ready-made feed, with nettle juice, and we grow and collect it without using paraffin, wax, carbide.

Our celery, which is dried in a sterile environment and in our special ovens, preserves 95% of its nutritional value, 100% of its flavor, aroma and odor without being exposed to dust, chemical particles, eggs and larvae of pests such as flies/insects.

Our products contain preservatives, additives, food dyes, sweeteners, chemicals, etc., especially Sulphite (which triggers food intolerance and allergic diseases) in the processing, preparation and packaging stages. Does not contain ingredients.
