We dry and powder our Mimas Garden Purple Cabbage Powder by keeping it at low temperature for a long time in our special Dehydrated Ovens to keep its natural aroma without spoiling the taste of well-agricultural certified purple cabbage grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides.

We protect our purple cabbages, for which manure is used from animals that do not eat ready-made feed, with nettle juice, and we grow and collect them without using paraffin, wax, carbide.

Our purple cabbages, which are dried in a sterile environment and in our special ovens, preserve 95% of their nutritional value, 100% of their flavor, aroma and odor without being exposed to dust, chemical particles, eggs and larvae of pests such as flies/insects.

Our products contain preservatives, additives, food dyes, sweeteners, chemicals, etc., especially Sulphite (which triggers food intolerance and allergic diseases) in the processing, preparation and packaging stages. Does not contain ingredients.
