Mimas Garden is a women's collective founded by a health care mother.

Mimas Bahçe's biggest goal is to support good and natural agriculture. We pay attention to the use of natural fertilizers, compost and biological methods that do not have negative effects on human and environmental health. We attach importance to explaining the importance of ancestral seeds to you and supporting our farmers who produce with ancestral seeds. The products produced by our self-sacrificing farmers, who are conscious of this, are tarhana, noodles, jams, vinegars, sauces, pickles, etc. We turn it into food and deliver it to you.

Our goal is never to produce tons of products. Our aim is to bring you the best, quality and real food as much as we can. For this reason, we are aware that many of our products will not be on our list at certain periods and it will not be possible to reach all of our products for twelve months. Our most important rule is that all our products are produced with seasonal and on time crops.

While establishing Mimas Garden, my biggest supporters were my close friends and family. Their confidence in my research and ability to follow up was the biggest motivation for me.

The story of Mimas Garden started with recommending and directing the natural products I found as a result of my research.

Being from Izmir and my love for the Aegean, I decided to settle in Urla. Together with my family, we decided not to postpone our longing to transition from big city life to a more natural life. We laid the foundation of Mimas Garden in Urla, which I have been planning and dreaming about for many years.

For a long time, we visited all the villages of the Karaburun Peninsula and Urla. In particular, we saw the production efforts of women in the villages. I met many valuable people during this process. Producing means incredibly difficult and hard work. In the meetings I held with our women in our villages, I listened to their needs and found answers to my own questions. This process was the process of bringing mutual values ​​together at a common point.

Whichever product I was sure of its perfection and reliability, we pursued and produced that product. It is a pleasure for me to be able to share with you this work that I love and enjoy as my hobby has turned into a professional life.
