While preparing our Mimas Garden Confi Garlic Dried Tomato Sauce, we use our own production of Dried Tomatoes. We offer our sauce flavored with Confi Taş Köprü Garlic, Grain Black Pepper and Bay Leaves by adding walnuts to your liking.
We dry our tomatoes, which are grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides, and which are certified for good agriculture, by keeping them in our special dehydrated ovens for a long time at low temperatures in order to keep their natural aroma without deteriorating their taste.
Our tomatoes, dried in a sterile environment and in our special ovens, preserve 95% of their nutritional value and 100% of their flavor, aroma and odor without being exposed to dust, chemical particles, eggs and larvae of pests such as flies/insects.
Our products contain preservatives, additives, food dyes, sweeteners, chemicals, etc., especially Sulphite (which triggers food intolerance and allergic diseases) in the processing, preparation and packaging stages. Does not contain ingredients.
