We have prepared a delicious canned food for you with Gum Artichoke and Karaburun lemon, which are geographically marked products of the Urla region. Before meeting with brine, we used only lemon juice to prevent the artichokes from darkening. We also prepared our brine with only lemon juice and salt. Thus, we obtained a completely natural and additive-free product.
