As a result of our close follow-up from the very beginning to the last stage, with detective meticulousness from the milk of the yogurt of our tarhana to the wheat of the flour, we have brought it to a consistency that can be fed to our children.

It is flavored with tomato, red pepper, onion, capia pepper, tarhana herb, home-made cow yoghurt, wheat flour, salt and spices.

No additives were used.
