Mimas Garden grape molasses is prepared from the award-winning Sultaniye Grapes of the Karaburun peninsula, using traditional methods, without adding sugar, on wood fire.

Our Good Agriculture certified grapes are grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides. The manure used is the manure of animals that do not eat ready-made feed. Our grapes, which are protected with nettle juice, are grown and harvested without using Paraffin, Wax, Carbide.

Sultaniye grapes, which are seedless, are delicious even when fresh.
