We have prepared our Mimas Garden Stone Press Cold Pressed Olive Oil for you in old-fashioned, natural methods in mills made of granite stones.
WHY STONE PRINTING AND COLD PRESSURE?
Olive paste obtained by crushing with old-fashioned granite stones, is the oil obtained by pouring out of the bag by pressing it with hydraulic presses after being filled into special bags by hand. This oil, which is obtained with olive juice and pulp, is separated from its pulp and juice by keeping it waiting, settling and distilling, and this oil obtained is called STONE PRINT olive oil.
Olive oil, which sees 30 degrees and above heat during the process, loses most of its nutritional values. This situation causes us to consume an ordinary plant oil rather than olive oil. For this reason, we recommend that you prefer cold-pressed olive oils.
* Stone Press Olive Oil does not contain any additives or preservatives.
* Free fatty acid maximum 0,8% (as oleic acid) in Stone Pressed Olive Oil.
* Stone Press Olive Oil can freeze under 5 °C. Re-dissolving Cold Pressed Stone Press Olive Oil does not affect its quality.
* Keep the Stone Press Olive Oil tightly closed in a cool environment away from sunlight and heat.
