Ahlat is a tree species that grows almost everywhere in the Anatolian region of our country. The pear tree is actually a wild pear variety. Although it is mainly known as a pear, it is also known as jackal pear and wild pear in some regions.
The residue in it is the essence called Mother of Vinegar, since it is not filtered, it is normal to have this residue.
Our products contain preservatives, additives, food dyes, sweeteners, chemicals, etc., especially Sulphite (which triggers food intolerance, triggers allergic diseases) during the processing, preparation and packaging stages. Does not contain ingredients.
