We bring our Mimas Garden Buckwheat from the fields where good agricultural practices are used in the most isolated and virgin lands of four different villages of our province of Tokat, and we bring it to you without any synthetic, preservative, additive or scorching. We also do not do the roasting process, which is used to extend the shelf life.
The continuation of our wheat is provided from its own seeds. It is completely domestic, our own production and our pride.
Usage Suggestion:
Use it raw or cooked. Stuffed, soup, salad, bread, porridge, wafer... You can create many flavors.
When boiling buckwheat, your buckwheat to water ratio should be 2 to 1. After washing 1 glass of buckwheat, put it in your pot and add 2 glasses of water. Boil until the water is gone, with the lid of the pot slightly ajar. You can store the boiled buckwheat in a closed container in the refrigerator for a few days.
