Gather the Mimas Garden Fig (Bardacık) Dried Carefully. In order to hygienically clean the cups for you and keep their natural aroma without spoiling their taste, we dry them by keeping them at low temperature for a long time in our special dehydrated ovens.
Our Bardacık Figs, which are dried in a sterile environment and in our special ovens, preserve 95% of their nutritional value and 100% of their flavor, aroma and odor without being exposed to dust, chemical particles, eggs and larvae of pests such as flies/insects.
We combine Mimas Garden Dried Fig (Bardacık) with Mimas Garden Olive Oil and mountain thyme that we carefully collect from the village of Ildır.
