Gum Artichoke Heart Salad
Materials
1 jar of Mimas Garden Gum Artichoke Heart Canned
1 bowl Mimas Garden Scratched Pickled Green Olives
2 roasted capia peppers
½ Garlic cut in half
cherry tomatoes
1/2 tea glass of Mimas Garden Organic Cold Pressed Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Salted Fine Salt
Before service
½ cup chopped parsley
Lemon juice
Preparation of
We put all the ingredients in the oven dish. We bake at 180 degrees until golden brown. Add chopped parsley and lemon juice before serving.
