Baked Gum Artichoke Potatoes
Materials
2 grated carrots
2 medium sized potatoes, grated
3 eggs
Ezine cheese
½ bunch of finely chopped parsley
chili pepper
For the dipping sauce
100 g labneh cheese
1 lemon zest
Preparation of
Mix all the ingredients for Mücver and spread it in the greased baking dish, pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil on it. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until golden brown. You can serve it by adding the dip sauce.
